1. Login at http://srpprod.wpenginepowered.com/admin
2. Click on posts->Add New
3. Enter the title of your handbook
4. Click add media to upload a file
5. Select your handbook PDF
6. Click insert into post
7. Check Handbooks under categories on the right-hand side
8. Click publish
